From  US-1, North or South of Aventura/North Miami Beach

Travel on US 1 (Biscayne Blvd.) and turn east on to Ives Dairy Road (203rd St),  then right on  26th Avenue.  Then turn right on 206  St. (or any other crossing street north of 206th), go one block and then left on West Dixie Highway to 214th St. Then turn left on 214th and proceed through the open gate on your left  into the parking area (lower level of the two-story building), and take the elevator to the 2nd floor office.

From I-95 (from North or South) or points West of Aventura:

Take the Ives Dairy Road Exit (I-95) and/or travel east on Ives Dairy Road, and then turn left (just past Highland Lakes Middle School) onto NE 26th Avenue;  Then turn right on 206  St. (or any other crossing street north of 206th), go one block and then left on West Dixie Highway to 214th St. Then turn  left on 214th, proceed through the open gate into the parking area (lower level of the two-story building), and take the elevator to the 2nd floor office.
